Prints Giclee Shop’s New Online Gallery

We are proud to announce our new online gallery, offering an eclectic selection of art prints for sale.

Prints Giclee Shop has been working with local, national and international artists for over a decade.  We have been able to create relationships with many extremely talented and interesting artists that are creating art in all styles and mediums.  With our new online art gallery we are able to offer the general public, designers and decorators these artists’ works as open and limited edition archival prints. When visiting our online gallery you will be able to search art by category such as “Abstract Art”, “Architectural Art”, “Panoramic Art”, “Landscape Art”, etc.  You can also search by color as well as by artist.

We offer a variety of art online such as contemporary art, photography, cityscapes, abstract art images, and modern art.  All prints sold are archival and museum quality pieces.

Once your art selection is made the system takes you to our “Visualizer” area where you can select how you would like your art to be printed – “Products”.  Some artwork won’t be available in all products, but in general you can select from:

“Framed” – After ordering your print at the size and material of your choice, you can also add a frame and mat.  The art frame serves as a space to further define the edges of the art piece.  For an art collector framing is an opportunity to add their personal touch to the new acquisition.  For an artist the art frame should be part of the completion of the work.

“Canvas” – You can order your art as a “Gallery Wrap” canvas in different thicknesses, as well as add a “Floating Frame”.  Your image on canvas as a gallery wrap has the “image” wrapping onto the side of the canvas edge.  We can finish your print on canvas as a “regular” image wrap, which lets the artwork continue onto the sides.  Please be aware that with this option you will lose some of the image as it will wrap onto the edges and will only be visible from the sides.  As an alternative we can customize the edge to be “reflected”.  The “reflected” edge is a mirroring of the last 2″ of your artwork onto the sides, giving the illusion that the art continues.  With this option your full image will be visible from the front.

“PlexiMount” – Your art will be finished as a PlexiMount or “Photo to Acrylic”.  Photos to acrylic also known as “PlexiMounts” or “Diasecs” are images that are printed on glossy metallic photo paper for enhanced 3-D effect and vibrancy.  The print is then face-mounted using an optically clear glue onto acrylic, then the image is back-mounted with a metal composite material called dibond.

“Flat Mount” – Flat Mount means that you can take advantage of modern photo mount and art mounting techniques, including:  Art mounts on aluminium, mount art on acrylic, mount photos to sintra and gatorboard.  Images can be showcased in a very contemporary, sleek style with the use of the photo mount.  The images can be UV laminated for protection and longevity.  When choosing to mount your art, there is no need for a traditional frame.

“Rolled” – Rolled means that you  can just buy the artwork and have it sent to you printed on the material of your choice.  You will receive your art rolled or flat, depending on the size and material you selected.  Prints Giclee Shop can print your artwork or photographs on giclee fine art papers, photo papers, metallic photo paper or print on canvas.
