What is your turnaround time?
Our regular turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Larger orders (10+) will take longer, depending on our current workload. Additional file editing, photo restorations, complex art framing projects, etc. will extend the regular turnaround times.
Rush orders are available at an additional charge.
We offer ground shipping via FedEx Ground and the USPS. Large size pieces ship via FedEx Freight. Large acrylic prints and most metal prints ship in custom made wooden crates. All others ship in custom cardboard boxes with wood sides. You may expedite your shipment to 2-3 days for sizes equal to or under 30" x 40".
Can I cancel or modify my order once it is placed?
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours after you have placed it. Any canceled order paid with a credit card will incur a 6% cancellation fee. Rush orders will incur a 12% cancellation fee. Orders canceled after 12 hours will incur additional cancellation fees, based on how far along we are in production. Orders modified after 12 hours will incur additional charges.

Can I reorder a print without uploading the file again?
Yes! You would need to create an account ahead of time. Once you have an account and are signed in, uploaded files will remain under your account/name for you to have easy access to reordering.
The only times that you would need to upload a file again are:

- 2You did not sign in before uploading
Do you offer custom and large sizes?
Yes, we can do any custom size, and the maximum size depends on the product you choose. You can learn more by visiting out various product pages from our main menu.
Can you mount my print if you did not print it?
Yes, but we are not responsible for damaged prints we did not create. We take all possible precautions and care for your work, but accidents happen.
Photo mounting is a complicated technique, and prints do get damaged occasionally. We do not recommend mounting any original, one of a kind, or highly expensive works. That being said, there are times when it is necessary to do so. We are willing to help as long as it is agreed that we cannot be held responsible for any damages to the image.
We only face mount prints made on very smooth and glossy papers such as Premium Photo Glossy and Glossy Metallic photo papers. Textured papers that are face-mounted will show an orange peel effect.
What are your image file requirements?
The ideal file would be a high-quality PNG with an embedded Adobe RGB or sRGB color profile. The perfect resolution should be 150-300 PPI at print size.
Please note that all four file formats will produce identical prints as long as the pixel dimensions, color space, and bit depth is the same. You should consider doing all your color/image editing in RAW, PSD, TIFF, or PSD, and then saving the print-ready file as PNG with NO interlace. When you save the print-ready file as PNG (NO interlace), it will yield a reduced file size and same quality as a TIFF. Reduced file size means less upload time for you!
Please do not up-size your files, unless you know what you're doing. We will size the files for you as needed and let you know if it is too small to print at your selected size.
If you know how to up-size your images for printing, please size them to the final print size. Save your sized file as a PNG (NO interlace) at 240 PPI. We use Perfect Resize to up-size all our files before printing.
Will my print come ready to hang?
Acrylic Prints, Metal Prints, Bamboo Prints, and Canvas Wraps come ready to display. All framed artwork will also come ready to hang. Loose paper prints and canvas come rolled in a tube or packed flat (special order upon request).
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Prints Giclee Shop is committed to making the best products available and providing excellent customer service. We check all files supplied by our customers and catch 99.9% of editing errors. If we find something questionable with your file, we will contact you before moving forward. Please understand that we provide this service as a courtesy to our customers and free of charge.
Although we check all client provided files for existing errors, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in spelling or any other image editing issues.
We are also NOT responsible for the following:
Errors made by the customer while selecting products, cropping files, and order quantities. Damages to the product due to negligence, misuse, accidents, and alterations.
Returning a product
Please do not return a product until you have contacted us first.
We rarely ask a customer to return a product when there are defects. We do need to see digital images showing any issues or problems that are present. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will decide on how to proceed. Usually, we will redo the order in 99% of the cases.
If you receive a defective item, we reserve the right, at our discretion, and within a reasonable period, to replace or to repair the product. In the rare occasion that we are not able to replace or repair the defect, you are entitled to either ask for a refund or to demand an appropriate reduction in price.
We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do all we can to make that happen!
Please make sure to carefully inspect your order as soon as you receive it for any damages during shipping. Please notify us immediately if you find any problems. We will need photos of the damage to the print as well as the box. PLEASE keep all packaging materials as FedEx might require the items to be sent to them in the original packaging for inspection.
In case of a defect or damage, you must notify us via email or phone within seven calendar days of receiving your print. If we do not receive a claim within the 7-day time-frame Prints Giclee Shop will understand that the customer has accepted the order. By accepting the order, the customer acknowledges that Prints Giclee Shop has fully satisfied specifications, terms, and conditions of the order
Unless there is a defect or damage, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Color Matching and Proofing
We can only guaranty our expert color accuracy services when a proof has been created, viewed, and approved by the artist. You can come in person, or request a mailed sample for an additional fee. If you do not want to see a proof, we will color match to the colors we perceive in our monitors. All monitor proofed prints left to our discretion are final.
