Before you place your order:

We will not request payment with this order. We will review your order and if everything looks good we will send an order confirmation email followed by a separate email with a secure link for payment.

We Offer Two Options to Scan Your Art

Scan for Print:

Scan for File:

Additionally, if you are creating your giclee prints with us and also want to have a copy of the full resolution image, you can order a Scan for File. Similarly, you can start with the Scan for Print option and pay the difference at a later time to receive the full resolution scan.

Getting your artwork to us

Local drop-off:  If you are in Miami, you can bring your art to our shop. Your artwork will need to stay with us for the duration of the scanning/proofing process. Alternatively, if you are selecting a scan for file proofing is not necessary.  

Local pickup:  We offer art pickup services for $45 in the Miami area and $75 in Fort Lauderdale.

Shipping:  You can ship your art to us for scanning from anywhere. You are responsible for correctly packing/crating your artwork as well as all costs related to shipping to and from our studio. All shipped artwork needs a prepaid return label included. Please make sure to add insurance before shipping!

While your original art is with us

Prints Giclee Shop has designated areas where we safely keep artwork of various sizes and thicknesses. We handle all originals with care and keep them in protective sleeves, wrapped, or with board separators.

We document and save visual records of the condition of every piece of art when it first arrives, as well as before it departs our studio.

All artwork is covered for up to $1000 (total) per customer while on our premises. You are responsible for securing any additional insurance you may require.
